CSA QA/QC Engineer (Data Centre Project) Location: Milan, Italy A leading European data centre delivery specialist is seeking an experienced CSA QA/QC Engineer to join a major hyperscale data centre project in Milan. This organisation delivers full turnkey mission-critical facilities across Europe, working with global technology clients on some of the most technically complex construction programmes currently underway. With over 500MW of live projects across multiple countries, this role offers long-term stability, international project exposure, and strong progression within a quality-led delivery team. As CSA QA/QC Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring that all Civil, Structural and Architectural works are delivered in full compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and client expectations. Working closely with the CSA Construction Manager, Project Management, and Quality teams, you will drive inspection activity, manage quality documentation, support subcontractor compliance, and ensure a right-first-time approach across all CSA packages.
• Inspect and monitor all CSA works to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and regulatory standards
• Qualification in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline
• Work on a flagship hyperscale data centre build in Milan

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain project-specific QA/QC procedures for civil, structural, and architectural scopes
• Review subcontractor method statements, inspection & test plans (ITPs), and quality submissions
• Carry out regular audits, inspections, and quality walkdowns across site activities
• Issue and manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and ensure corrective actions are closed out
• Provide technical quality support to construction teams and subcontractors
• Verify that all materials and workmanship meet approved standards and benchmarks
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, testing, certifications, and quality documentation
• Support project reporting cycles through quality updates and compliance tracking
• Assist with handover processes including QA dossiers, close-out packs, and final documentation
• Promote a strong culture of quality, safety, and compliance across all CSA packages
Requirements
• Proven experience in CSA QA/QC on large-scale construction projects
• Data centre, pharmaceutical, industrial, or high-tech project experience highly advantageous
• Strong understanding of CSA construction standards, inspection processes, and compliance requirements
• Experience managing ITPs, audits, NCRs, snagging, and quality close-out
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to work in fast-paced site environments
